i tested it, still works. although some bug. Inf resources applies in every aspect in this game, not only in warehouse. Like if you wanna build something, builders collect resources to build site, then return some of it to warehouse,then take it back again to build site. So you must turn off resources cheat then turn it on again after the building is completed/start building.
Same happen with clear trees/resources in area.

When I try to launch it the program just gets removed. I tried all of them and just removes it on launch. I validated and let it through but still fails to work.
Gives this message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
In fact other games too also gives this error.
