Okay so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I downloaded the top left one and I can't use the other parts of the trainer. The only options I have are Inf. Health, Inf. Energy, and Never Hungry. Do I need to download a different trainer version or something?

Every trainer on this website has a first post which is updated when needed and most of all, when possible. You find the downloads there, from the first version to the latest one. If the version number doesn't match the game, try the most recent trainer available.
If you get error messages while downloading, try to disable your AV for the download. Trainers are clean and working.

Launch the game.
Enter the game either "New Game" or "Continue".
Wait until you're into the game.
Execute the Trainer.
Activate the Trainer.
You may have to wait several seconds, but it will eventually activate.

the trainer 53 doesn't pop up as a trainer for me, i zip it and nothing happens. The previous one is fine, although not all the cheats on it work from F8 on wards....

read the manual,all buttons works fine.
for Instant Build u have to Build something then press F8 and the Cheat is activated. Activating Buttons F8 F9 F10 taking several seconds

Yesterday I could activate this trainer just fine, but now it won't work. I've even waited a couple of minutes.

Is it possible to make a cheat that gives you every item and an infinite amount of every item in the game?
