The 0 Numpad Option for factories does not work, says cheat activated but does not go red in the trainer and has no effect in game.

Just the current trainer for 3.04 please. Although this is a steam beta. It is the last full update by the Victoria 2 devs. If you do consider doing this put it as low priority as there are new games to still be done!

Vic 2 has been updated to version 3.04 in a beta. However the devs said a full update will not be coming out. Please MrAntifun could you update the trainer to have 3.04 cheats.

Yeah I get the same issue. I think it applies to all people in game. MR Antifun pls check this out.

All cheats working for me but would recommend the inf. prestige be upped to 8000 instead of 1000 as 8000 is required for a choice in game.
