I have no problem on this. Try to use Alt+Tab(Holding the Alt key first and then tap the Tab key.) to switch games to trainers. I tested this trianer again when I saw your post just few minutes ago and it worked fine. I play this game on full screen mode and on Window 7 64bit system.
