as far as i have tested it after your comment, it's not noticeable if it does (and i'm talking in the sense of superweapons in the first minute of playing)

if the trainer does not work there are console commands press ~ and there you go you may have to search the commands but they work very well

it has to do with the expansion asx you seen it is only brave new world so likely you will have to buy that one deactivate god and kings than it should work just fine
