I did add the trainer to AVG exceptions, but sadly it still disappears from Windows 7 desktop. It is very strange, I installed the game on my laptop and ran the trainer and it worked fine. I also have AVG Virus installed on my laptop. Firstly, thank you very much for your kind help. If you can come up with anything else that may help, I would be very much appreciated.

Hmm, just a stab in the dark, but try an updated video driver and mobo chipset driver Sometimes, odd things can happen if those are out of date.

I play the new DLC A Game of Winter and the trainer works fine with it.
Start Game
*important* Load level
Start trainer hit F1
wait for the *pling* and enjoy the menu with F12

Don´t use the Desktop for Trainers, use an new Folder direct on c:\ or other Harddrives and add the Folder to exceptions (not only to the Search Scanner, the realtime Guard/watcher aswell).

The Trainer for 1.1.4 from the first page and the game version is 1.5.1.329 Agame of Winter.
The complete Folder is in the exceptions and the trainer is in the Main Folder of the game.
I start the Game, Load an lvl, after this i change to Desktop start the trainer, hit F1 and wait for the pling.
Then change back to game hit F12 and the cheatmenue shows up.

i couldnt finish the mission where in had to transform my hero into the ancient evil ...
Idk how ppl can finish that cause undeads arent really thought or recover fast :|

dont rush two much in this lv, try to kill one or all evils so the last party is only the alliance.

first, you built up your minion to got gold quicker, then built up army. im try getting more mana and already have 50/50 populations. so when meltysand take over the stones of destiny, dunt attack her, just wait for the chance when the horde and demons attack her. Pay a little more patience, continue waiting still she kill all the monster and hers HP too low after the battle. That your chance to kill her, this will recountdown the time give you more little time for building your army, when you finished her dunt give Bartha snow to the ritual this automatic make you facing with the Horde and the Demon at the same time.

Continue built up your army to 60/60 population, fully updragre. then when you already for the final time, brings Bartha to the ritual, you need strong army at home for defending the attack of the Horde and the Demons. With me, i call all my army up to base, then i destroyed both the Demons and Horde throne, after that all thing is too easy to dealt with the my fully updrage undead army even the ***** 7000 HP Meltysand

quick question. i tried what you wrote to do, but all i here is a windows ping and when i press f12 after that i only take print screens of the game. any help is much needed

New DLC has been dropped. Some people were able to get it to work still for Game of Winter, I could not. A new updated version would be fantastic!
