Need a little help RE7?

I own resident evil seven on Xbox one so I downloaded it to my lap top because of windows 10. now if I download the trainer for it from here Will I be able to beat the game on PC using this Trainer and then log into Xbox one and still get the achievements???

I have the game on steam so not sure if it would work on Windows 10 store release of the game , The only way to find out is to test for yourself .

But achievements do carry over .
