I'm having some trouble getting Instant Build to work in pretty much any capacity; I followed instructions provided, but it doesn't seem to take effect... Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

There's only two of us said we had an issue bud, plus I did ask someone to confirm mine - if we don't raise the problem MrAF might not know there's anything to fix!

On a side note I noticed it's quite easy to edit the following in Cheat Engine

4 byte values:
-Time between UN proposition
-Time left on current proposition
-Cooldown between Lobbying a proposition
-Duration of UN resolution
-Warmonger score

Float values:
-Province population

You can also add 'C073E1B0' as an address and set the value to '0' to stop the UN coalition coming after you

Perhaps these could be added to the trainer in the next update?

For anyone with Windows error key sound, change ingame language to English, after that everything works flawlessly.
