Neither the unlimited ammo or accuracy currently work after the 1.50 update of running with rifles. The infinite vehicle health cheat night also need some work to make it more effective ( and so the cargo trucks aren't 1 shot by enemies). Also i think i made a couple of suggestions to improve the trainer as well, but that's not nearly as important as updating what you have, It's the steam retail version.
