PS F10 cheat works too, you have to open planet surface an choose a tile wehre you want to build, then klick just twice won't work in pause mode^^

For those who are still having troubles!
1. Make sure your trainer and your game runs in Admin
2. Activate your trainer in menu screen/game world (both ways worked for me)

Could you or someone go into more detail upon the guidelines which God Mode works. It's bugged for me. I can get it to work for a period of time then it just quits. Even not upgrading or doing anything to the 6 originals.
