What AV you you using. In all AV's you can add as a trusted program anyway. Just google your AV and adding trusted programs. If you're using Macfee, turn of Real Time Scanning.

when I play off the antivirus because it does not make me start the trainer, i use AVG internet security 2014.

you just need to put the trainers on exception, i have the same anti virus as you as well

I can't put on exception because it detects as Trojan.
