Currently the game version is up to 1.34c. The released trainer for version 1.33c works for instant spear charge, but not ghost mode.

I agree with the preceding speakers. Currently the instant spear charge works, but ghost mode doesn't. Given how long it's been since the previous update, I think there's a good chance of this being the final version.
