I haven't had the problem. Just keep in mind that some of the options won't be active until you've progressed to the 2nd round.

To answer both questions. If you have both DLC's you need the latest DLC trainer. So the Brave New World Trainer. It will work for both Brave New World and Gods and Kings

Turn off the Infinite Stats. They are affected by it just like your Colonists

1.2.1 Free Trade and Infinite Resources won't work. All others still working.

Game Version is now 1.3.005 And the only option available that works is Experience.
