You could try closing the game AND the trainer before restarting as the trainer could still be looking for the game in the old memory area if you don't. I am sure the trainers are not programmed to only work once as you imply.

Sounds like an antivirus problem. Try disabling it.

Apologies. They work 100% once the game is unpaused.

Experience worked once and got me to level 2 where I am now stuck forever at 1000/3000. Exp now won't even respond to the console command AddExperience. Do NOT press F4.

Unfortunately Skill and Exp come up with error "Error:[string "ProcssName="witcher3.exe"--end name..."]:299: attempt to perform arithmetic on global 'currentvalue' (a string value)". Everything else works fine. I have 64 bit win 7. Hope this can be sorted?
