Same here, I only used the money cheat option - it just changes the amount displayed but not the actual one. Regardless, other options seem to be working fine so far, thanks for the great and early trainer!

Just downloaded and installed Director's Cut, any possibility of a new trainer?

Yes, have been using it with Heart of Stone (I only use infinite health, stamina so far)

I've tried the trainer with Steam version, seems to be working only for infinite ammo (despite the ping sound). Godmode not working.

After steam parch, crafting seems to be working but not the health (using the later version trainer)
