whenever I try to open it up a warning says "running this might put your pc at risk" I click run anyway and nothing comes up, the trainer doesnt start :(

I did try the PTDE trainer by fling but it keeps saying "game not running waiting" not working for me :( more or less why I asked for one on here lol

I get crashes upon entering the game while the trainer is on, any chance of a possible update trainer of fix so the game doesnt crash all the time while the trainer is active?
