Permenantly changing Hotkeys?

I know that a lot of the trainer's, or all of them have the option to change the Hotkey's for the trainer's commands, but is there a way to permanently make it so whenever you open the trainer it automatically starts off with them?.. I play a lot of mount and blade, since the troop command's are all at the F1 key's, I have to constantly re-set them to the numpad. I don't know if it's possible, but wanted to try my luck by asking a question on the forums.

why do my f keys now work with trainers anymore? all f1 does now is open chrome help and the other keys play a ding sound. this started just yesterday and i cant use any trainers anymore and when i re bind the hotkeys it still doesnt work and plays a dinging sound i dont know why this is just starting. pls help.
