yes it now working i can activate the trainer but no unlimited health and ammo

first get wounded not to heavy than your trainer works fine

The new 1.70 64bit trainer has no effects on my Arma 3. It can be activated,but no effects at all.

how ? it seems that it only happens in 64 bit version for me because the 1.68 version when i tested 64 bit it didn't work but when i tested the 32 bit it worked and in 64 bit version 1.70 it doesn't work too for me

if i understand correctly you are saying that using v1.68 64bit Trainer on game version 1.68 didn't worked but instead it worked using 32bit trainer, then using v1.70 64bit Trainer on game version v1.70 doesn't work (i presume you updated the game to that version), therefore i presume that you using game 32bit version.
so, 1) what OS are you using and what version (based X64 or X86 known as 32bit)
2) are you surely that you opened the game in 64 bit version? it should be named arma3_X64.exe, the trainer in left side, there is a feature that is able to identify whatever process is either on or off if it's on then you should be able to activate trainer and go with cheats

my OS is 64 bit windows 10 and im 100% sure that it's 64 bit and im running arma 3 in 64 bit when i tried the 32 bit last time in version 1.68 i changed arma into 32 bit in order to work but when i run it at 64 bit and try the 64 bit trainer version it doesn't work in the previous update and in this updateif i understand correctly you are saying that using v1.68 64bit Trainer on game version 1.68 didn't worked but instead it worked using 32bit trainer, then using v1.70 64bit Trainer on game version v1.70 doesn't work (i presume you updated the game to that version), therefore i presume that you using game 32bit version.

godmode for version 1.66 does not work ive tried both but it does not work ive lso tried loing some health and activating it while minimized but it still does not work
