The regular Zombs only infect you if you're pinned down by a Bull. You can literally stand in the middle of a horde and nothing will happen.

Only the Bulls can kill you really, just avoid them and have them charge at one of your ally instead. (Just a temporary ''fix'')

Trainers usually never work on Multiplayer. Also EasyAntiCheat is mainly the ''First line of defense'' for Singleplayer... and usually the only one. Multiplayer usually have more than 1 thing protecting from outside sources like Trainers, but there's always a little genius (Sarcasm) somewhere...
