Help Needed

I've done everything I can think of but I have this problem where I launch a trainer and it says "insufficient resources to perform operation" even a year later with a new PC the problem still happens.

never heard of this at all normally all i have to do for MAF trainers is right click the trainer and hit unblock and then i always run it as administrator thats about all the help i can give lol im useless maybe somone else will have experience and fixed this problem and can give more insight!

It's such an odd problem It just randomly showed up one day.

I had this problem once all did was restart my PC and it fixed it.
