I had this issue, try loading up the trainer ones your in the Campaign World. Worked for me.

The trainer should not be always activated in the main menu as is my case, for if I do so the game always crashes during loading screens. But if i active the cheats when I'm already in the Campaign World they work just fine.

good simple trainer that fill all the needs. Thanks Mr. AntiFun good work as always. Also I'd recommend playing through this game the first time without using the trainer, as it completely negates its intended purpose as a stealth game. :) have fun guys and gals.

Trainer still works fine for me with the Latest DLC and patch. so it might be user specific issues.

Fatshark is planning on releaseing EAC on Vermintide later today. This will detect and report any game changing effects so i would be assuming this trainer request is off the table now.
