Use the +7 trainer as items and sharpness still work on that one. You won't have infinite health but you'll have infinite healing items to negate that. Just carry max potions (Heals 100% and sets your hp to the max value of 150)

The game got updated to version 1.034 so it's a little tricky to get the trainer to work properly so a possible update on the trainer maybe required. Edit: Yes the other options other than money require an update as I have tried every method I can think of to activate them.

Game is mostly multiplayer so I doubt there will be a trainer.
