I've been using this trainer tonight, and haven't encountered any problems using it since the updates. I don't use the UHD DLC pack (So am unsure if that has anything to do with it for some people). Running it on Win 10.

Use Firefox or Chrome. I use Firefox personally and I rarely ever get flags from downloads. Even if I did from here (which MAF's stuff is not malicious) you can disable blocked downloads in Firefox real easy and just re-enable it after you get the trainer. As for how to add a folder/file path...

The patch I think was for DLC material. The only thing I found to not work is the No Reload. The other two cheats work. Just speedrun madhouse, you'll thank yourself.

MrAntiFun is aware of the crashing that occurs when the boss battle begins, he just hasn't been able to put out a new trainer for it yet it seems. Be patient, I'm sure he'll put a new version of the trainer out (Hopefully). ;)

Just to throw it out there. Revelations 2 does not have online co-op for its campaign, nor any online capability for the campaign from my understanding, just a leader board. Only co-op and multiplayer that will be available is for the RAID mode. Hopefully this helps a little.
