For now no trainer yet, so a quick workaround is to use cheat engine.
If you use a 2 byte exact value scan, it is possible to max the stats on character creation by searching the characteristics and skills points as you change them.
start a new game
In cheat engine use exact value and 2 bytes, then enter the number shown next to characteristics.
First scan, then add a point to any of the characteristics, the use next scan and so on until you have only one address left.
Freeze the address while making sure that you have at least one point left to spend.
Do the same with skills (you can use shift click to increase by 5).
