Civilization 5 Brave New World Trainer V 1.0.3.279 Showing Game is Off Problem

I am getting always getting Game is Off.

I am having Civilization 5 Brave New World on Windows 10 OS.

Can anyone please provide help how to resolve this error.

Sorry to ressurect this post but it's also not working for me. Seems a few people had luck using this with the vanilla game at update 114 but doesn't seem to work with brave new world.
