Yes as far as I can tell the game was updated and I can't even get the trainer to activate anymore.

As an update trainer is working for me. Infinite Money is not working. But unlimited health and musuo and rage are working.

ermm.... he does have the freeze time?......

what he really needs is xp option to lv to 150 faster (or instant). and leadership xp

also he has the super damage last time I checked it works kinda fine

well yes ofc he will need to update it in order for it to work.
but when he does the same options will still apply like before nothing will change (if he doesnt add new ones)

This trainer is very helpful! I mainly use it to get some of the fused weapons back with some quick money and gem since I lost the saved file from a system crash. It is also nice to go full rampage with full musou and rage once a while.
