The problem he describes is happening on releases without it being a s*it release as you put it so his question is legitimate and I'm sure it is directed for mrantifun and not for assumption by us.

It works for me with the same versions.
First you start the game, and then start trainer.
You have to wait after pressing F1, until it activates.

As of yesterday, it doesn't appear that the trainer is working. Is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe there was an update?
