you actually made not need one. in the game there already is a sort of cheat function. you can make almost everything cost $1. all you have to do is go into the game. go to settings, change it from disabled to enabled and then hit apply. it will make everything cost just $1. claims, machines, fuel, all parts in the mining store. the only thing it doesn't change to $1 is the workers.
