I've got the beep again on F1, trainer doesn't activate, just gives a beeping sound. Anyone a work-around?

Just out of curiosity, did u guys have the correct version trainer for the game? if you've the man the guns expansion with latest patch 1.6.1 the trainer should be working (I've tested it with my latest steam version of the game and all the cheats works fine), if you don't have the latest patch you might want to get the earlier trainers version

Secondly this trainer is meant only for single player games so never use it in the multiplayers

Thirdly maybe something about your antivirus? I need to turn off my AVG to use the trainer otherwise it detects it as a virus (which it is not), maybe your antivirus is blocking the trainer's fuctions?

That is really strange... did u press F1 to activate the trainer and heard the trainer activated sound? and I think you need to activate it when you're in the game (launch the game, pick a country and play) then launch the trainer press F1. If you already did all these steps then I honestly didn't know what is wrong...

Very strange. I did extensive testing and the trainer works flawlessly.
Oh well, you can't win them all can you?

After a reboot and a fresh start the Trainer now works.

Right version, both game and trainer. AVG is off and using singleplayer only (I never play hoi4 mp). Still, just a *beep* on F1, no 'Trainer Activated', just the *beep* sound, nothing else. Other keys don't do anything. Trainer stopped working for me since version 1.6.0 (Game and trainer).

I put Avast in passive mode and redownloaded it and still it says file is empty. I also downloaded 1.6.0 and that one has a file in it and can unzip it. I am not sure why the 1.6.1 version seems to be a bad file for me.

I've had similar problems in the past aswell. I created and exception to the folder that I download it. That way I could download it. Then I scan it individually and download it again/don't download depending on the result (these days the number of false positives has gone down). I use Kaspersky.

I switched to Kaspersky....made the exception and all...I have downloaded the file now 8 times and all of them empty. can someone else verify they can download and open it now. I can download version 1.6.0 and have that trainer, but downloading 1.6.1 always give no file.

Nevermind...was able to download on backup computer and transfer it.

Glad to hear your problem was resolved. Keep us posted of future problems and there is a solution for every1 with similar problem. I still believe it has to do with FW/Windows defender/both -type of an issue.

Can anyone explain how super resources cheat works. Cuz when I activate it I still have the same amount resources and nothing changes at all.
The rest cheats are working perfectly but this one specific not, or maybe I misunderstand something.

click the resouce output state first, then active the super res. fuction /w hotkey and wait a day(in game time). notice it only works on original resouce output state not oil/rub from oil factory.
