No it does not!!

WARNING:

The trainer does not work in front of filler crowd (none highlighted NPC in instinct mode). For example, the NPC in marakesh, the space fillers are not subdue-able or you cant take their clothes, so they will see you even with the trainer on for undetected, only the NPCs with dots on their heads or the ones you can interact with wont see you. so watch out for the latest ET.

I can confirm this statement is correct. The only NPC's that "undetected" works on are unique / named NPCs.

The trainer works definitely.

Undetected allows you to knock people out with throwables, subdue and kill people whilst invisible but has a weakness in that the non-named crowd NPC's can see you commit crimes though when I did do a E.T after getting detected by the crowd I still got Silent Assassin so it may just be an aesthetic detection.

Infinite Health works perfectly.

Infinite Ammo works perfectly.

No Reload works perfectly.

Most of the trainers dont work for me..... when I use them ingame all I get is the windows sound and the cheats wont get activated. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
