Found the save data!
took forever, and no reward at the end!
Basically checked all over for changes to files but it does not write save to files, it writes them in Registry! and on top of that its encrypted, might be some standard unity save encryption/compression, anyway if anyone figures out how to decrypt it let me know .
here's where i found it (windows 10) "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DevespressoGames\VambraceColdSoul"each save slot seems to be the C + C______________ REG_BINARY

The game only needs a 'reset horror gauge' and '6 extra perks'. With that, it becomes extremely easy. Max attack, weight, awareness and boom: Killer MC.
