RPG Suggestions?

As the steam sale is upcoming I'm looking to hopefully increase my fledgling PC game collection. Any suggestions for good RPG games series that I should try. Stuff that I have
Final Fantasy all of them except FFXV. (Enjoyed XIII series the most especially Lightning Returns.)
Mass Effect all 3. Andromeda got too much flack and no Shepherd means no purchase.
Witcher all 3.

Looking to get Dark Souls/ Bioshock and Batman as decent options maybe Fallout but I really dislike FPS games except Mass Effect.

Been binge watching Angry Joe's and TB's game reviews past couple of days leaves me more confused.

Definitely get Fallout New Vegas. You can go third person in it.

I didn't see Skyrim in your list which is pretty shocking should get that too if you haven't.

Fallout 4. I preferred it over New Vegas. Sorry, that is just my opinion! Skyrim was amazing. You can try it with or without mods. I would try it without first and then play it through again with mods.

Thanks for the suggestions .. I prefer third person games .. I looked at Fallout4 but its not on sale atm .. I would prefer to play an entire series for the story rather than picking up something from the latest installment ..
Did get Batman series/ Shadow of Mordor/ Mad Max/ Alien Isolation/ Dead Space series .. Prices are ridiculously low ..
