Actually after I posted that, the only option that doesn't work if Inf. Essence and that's because the game devs changed how essence is calculated.

Essence is no longer possible to be set to infinite in Hong Kong and Dragonfall with trainers, however there's an editor that will allow to change how much essence each prostetic takes, although it doesn't work with Hong Kong for some reason...

I can confirm, the essence cheat no longer works. All that it does is change the display number, but all of the effects are calculated from the normal values.
