You can't play the rise and fall scenario or you will get the ding. If you play standard rules, you can play just fine!

Sid Meier games require a different trainer for each main dlc and a different trainer for the base game ,This current released trainer works for the base game without any dlcs , Will buy the DLC and make a trainer for it .

Did it cross your mind that maybe the dude is not even playing this game at all and he bought it to just make a trainer for it because people ask for? Like any other game he own? I'm pretty sure he is not playing half of the games he bought to create trainers for them .
Need to understand he does this for free and with some donations help if he got any , is not a pleasure to buy a DLC or a game that you won't even play !

It works! Unless you have RAF installed
