Trainer doesn't work for me. It extracts fine, and opens. But there's no ability to select or activate the trainer. Usually there's a box beside each line in the trainer. For this one, there isn't. I'm using the Steam version of the original game, on Win 8.1.

Edit to what I said just above...like someone else said, it seems that F2 to F6 do not work but the others do. Any way to get an update for Steam version?

The trainer compleatly works for me.
How ever I would like to advise not to use the Melee training points until you return all jade statues because other wise you will be stuck on the training page and will not be able to leave the melee training page.
