The trainer still works.

Don't activate it on the main menu, pick a campaign (Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm, Legacy of the Void, Nova Covert Ops) and once you're in the main menu of the chosen campaign, activate (F1) the trainer.

After you've launched a mission - after the loading screen - you can activate the other cheats (Wait till your camera has zoomed into your HQ or main character for that campaign).

You'll have to disable and enable all the cheats (Except F1) at the begining of each new missions otherwise they won't work.
