Just use the save backup tool. It works very well. I've screwed some of my saves, but the backup tool saved them. You can find it here, amongst other stuff.

Awesome! I lost a character that I just LOVED. A chick named something but they called her Doodles, and she had some great skills that happened to be rolled and had a great character model. I beat the game with her in the group 6 or 7 times and was my goto character for adventures, and then, my game files were messed up. I manually put them in a different folder but the game woesn't allow you to just drag them back...so I had to redo all the legacy quests, etc...

Thank you! I am new to CE. I have opened the table with CE. How exactly does it work? I assume CE needs to run alongside SoD2 and I select the cheats/scripts I want activated?

You can use the SOD2 tool to recreate the character lost. For folks who use CE, JD’s SOD2 table has like 20 plus options & inventory editor. This is another option to use till the trainer is updated. I posted WRG’s 36 minute tutorial where to find everything needed and how to use it.

JD's CE table offers unlimited health, stamina, throwables/consumables, weapon durability, unlimited weight, no reload, no recoil, no sway, no spread, no fatigue, instant radio cooldown, instant max level, teleport, item swap, unlimited vehicle health & car fuel. Also easy crafting, instant upgrades, unlimited enclave/ resources influence, time freeze & time of day. And for weapons Max fire rate-range-accuracy-power & quietness.

It says for me that it failed to download and that it has a virus.

I know that it most certainly does not have a virus as I have downloaded a fair few trainers before and it's been fine. The sites always been trustful.

Not sure what the issue is. I will try back in a few days or so.

Still greatly appreciate all the work on these trainers.

If anyone knows a solution I would be happy to know.

If you are using Windows 10, that's the reason, or Windows Defender. It's what I deal with every time now. You have to either make a new folder, and download the trainer into it, AFTER white listing it in your antivirus, then unpack the trainer there, and in some cases, you might have to also white list the trainer as well. Otherwise, it will just block/delete/or not even unpack the trainer. I just made a new folder, white listed it, downloaded into that folder, then white listed the trainer, and then unpacked it. Worked perfectly for me.
