Aight, near as I can tell -
Resource/ResourceEdit:Research point cheats fill up their corresponding resources at the start of each month. This is different from 2.0.1 where they kept their resource maxed at 999k at all times.
Instant Research doesn't work since 2.0.1, or doesn't do anything noticeable.
Fast Construction/Recruiting requires you to actively select the queue - Click on the building currently being built, and have the "Shipyard" planet-side selected, and switch back-and-forth for every unit. It does not seem to do anything for starbases, regardless of selections.
Instant Warp/Warp Cooldown doesn't seem to have a use at all, tbh. Maybe the new Hyperlane system left it behind? Or I'm missing something.
Inf. Naval Capacity does not do anything. Naval capacity still goes over the limit, and still effects your resources. Worked in 2.0.1 by forcing it to read as 0 used.
I have never had cause to use freeze day/100 health.

if i am remembering right a mouseover on the planetary buildings will be fine, the civilian ship instant build howeverrequire you to click the planets building your current ships
if i remember the instant building of military ships in the "star bases"? does not work
i have to say the while the warp cooldown system does not work,
the research mali( from pops and ooutposts) remover does work (tell me if i am wrong)

i think it is not possible to use +100 health cheat effectively in fleet battles unless you have a single ship in your fleet. This time it takes forever to destroy the enemy fleet with your single ship...
