Играла до последнего с тренером версии 0.41.03 ( стабильная версия 0.46 и 0.45... экпериментальная - тоже работает). Обновила в стиме до экпериментальной - 0.47.. - не работает ничего, ни 0.44, ни 0.46, ни 0.41. Пришлось откатывать опять до стабильной версии 0.46(. А что делать?))

Yes, trainers often trigger your AV software, sometimes it's recommended to either set it as an exception or disable AV entirely while running the trainer. It doesn't affect anything other than your game.

I'm getting anti-virus warnings non-stop so I did the obvious and tried to make an exception for your trainer. That did not work so I disabled every single anti-virus related program I have as well as my Fire Wall and when I clicked your trainer it disappeared in thin air and nothing happened. No matter what I do your trainer is either blocked or simply deletes itself or something weird.

I was wondering what could be causing this and if there maybe a fix?

This happens because antivirus reacts it at false-positive because of engineering obfuscation used in-game so looks like current trainer isn't upgraded to fix with that issue, might take looking at it next time.

For now try following advices below might help with issue but if it doesn't, will consider to upgrade trainer to a recent version
1) Make sure to disable UAC (User Account Control) everything including smart-screen.
2) Make sure focus assist is disabled, could be related somehow to it.
3) Try rename trainer, could be helpfully in some cases.
4) In some cases, it could be involved because of browser protection (probably some sort of extension) you could give a try to download again via different browsers.
