Can confirm like others have pointed out Inf. Upgrade Points do not work in main game.

not sure if somethings changed but i recently just started playing this tonight and the upgrade points ( hospital shock therapy?? ) work fine for me i get 99999 points to spend

i have w10 and the trainer works perfectly fine for me on the main campaign ive yet to test it on any of the DLC's

That's awesome. Would you mind telling me which trainer are you using? 1.0 or 4.x and is your game from steam? That would help me a lot to get it going thanks!

In use Steam on Win10 and version 4.x... trainer...
Another question, I run the original game on Steam, I bought all DLCs.
Just the 4.x trainer works for main game and all DLCs?
Or I should get each DLC trainer separately?
