did you try moving your character before you activate the cheat? my method work fine for me

Seems like the trainer only work with a new game but I've found a way to fix this problem 1. Start a new game create your character and escape from your cell 2. Activate Health cheat 3. Quit to the main menu 4. load a save done

The trainer works fine for me

The game is purely singleplayer and the actual price is $1 (on sale till 4 July)
