No, you can't use the same key twice. If you remove your game, it's GONE. You'll have to purchase another copy to have it on another account.

Why do you keep asking for online cheats?

Well, cheating in ARK isn't exactly necessary. It's fun, but not necessary.

Don't ask for multiplayer cheats/hacks. It might get you banned and cheating in multiplayer is not acceptable.
