Well I use Steam not Windows Store... All trainers come up that way, its false positive. If you feel you can not trust it, then don't use it.

Just a heads up the current trainer works perfectly on 1.13 Windows Store version, "Fallout Shelter Win Store V1.11 Trainer +8 MrAntiFun" No updated trainer needed.

I can confirm that the newest trainer is still working just fine if you are using the 64Bit version of the game. Generally the only difference between 32 & 64 bit is the max memory support of a system. Anything over 4GB is 64bit.
