If I had to guess... a recursion error? CheatEngine uses about ~670 MB before BUFFER runs over. ~770 with debugger attached.

Did manage to get the trainer working for us.
I removed the anticheat command line on startup, verified content in STEAM, re-added anticheat line (in post one), tried it all again and it worked.
Resident Evil 5 has been replaced with the Resident Evil 5 / Biohazard Edition.
It's a no cost converstion to STEAM users. I never played and wouldn't mind having a trainer for this.
