You can play singleplayer also or create your own dedicated server off your pc with anticheat disabled.

You don't need a trainer on singleplayer when you're an admin by default and have all the admin options.

Out of Reach now has it where you can play singleplayer, so a trainer shouldn't be a problem now.

Only F1 Unlimited Health Activates

The newest trainer froze my computer each time, so I had to manually shutdown my computer every time. I've used trainers before on other games with no problems from mrantifun.net but this one is a no go.
