It looks like your ISP is comcast. Recently they have started rolling our their Advance Protection internet security which blocks WeMod. We are in the process of having it reviewed and removed, in the meantime to use WeMod you will need to disable the advance security features from here...
Select the Steam version from there.
For anyone having issues with WeMod finding your game, make sure you click play in WeMod. The game has EAC and the bypass is done when you click play.

If the trainer was updated since the last time he used it he will need to use it again with an active connection or go to the "history" tab and use the one that was previously downloaded.
Trainers are stored locally after you use them for the first time. You can close the game, turn off your computer, come back the next morning and still use the cheats.
Adding a new trainer is up to MAF. More than likely it won't happen until the service goes P2P because a lot of users will drop it as soon as that happens.

A connection is only required the first time you use the cheats for a specific game. After you have used them once you can disconnect and continue using them.
All cheats and trainers are still free to use. Cheats can be activated by using the hotkeys listed next to each cheat. Pro allows you to use the interactive controls and remote application.
