What do you mean only two options allowed? All cheats are free to use in WeMod. If they are automatically toggling off then the trainer needs to be updated.

Try launching the game through steam/mod manager then clicking alt-tab and click play in WeMod. There are no guarantees it will work if you are using extra mods.

Where you are the games installed? Are you installing everything on an external drive then moving them to the machine without a connection?
