It doesn't contain a virus because your anti-virus software is getting a false positive. You have to turn of the software, add trainer to it's exclusion list then turn program back on

Subnautica 64bit Build 39786 Trainer +5 works perfectly fine with current state of game. As well as the Experimental branch of the game which is being updated constantly. (Tested 12-8-2016 at 1:28pm EST) So there is currently no need for an update
