That image that you posted looks to be of a sonar scan, in which you must also block the anti-virus software from scanning. Meaning you have to add trainer to the exclusion list of all scans and Sonar scans. I used to get that too. What I found out that it's caused by the Anti-Virus program...

Its because you are using the wrong Trainer Version I Tested the V4.3.0.0706 Trainer and it works perfectly fine (Tested 11/15/16 at 5:30pm)

Not entirely true a random player can still report you for cheating on a server. Weather it's to the Server Admin or if it's to a GM. You may not get Banned right away but a VAC violation will be placed on your Steam account.

Sonar is an underlying scan, that scans your system constantly looking for any possible edits, errors, or bad programs that will do harm to your system. Most Antivirus software has this feature now but some still don't. Can't remember if I asked this but you are using Steam to play the game...

Sounds to me that your using a old Trainer version. Which one are you using? Are you using the Beta Branch of the game? Also sounds like a sonar scan issue. Did you try excluding it from All Scans and as well as Sonar? ALSO make sure you are not in a multiplayer game BECAUSE NO TRAINERS...
