Same problem here with deluxe edition with all the DLCs (CPY version). v11b isn't working; continuous prongs when i press F1 but the trainer isnt activating. However, I find SOME OF THE FEATURES OF V10 WORKING. However, the max crafting (F10) is bugged i.e. fade-touched or masterwork materials...
